The location is ok.

There was no AC in the room. It was very hot. The ceiling fan was not producing no cool air at all. It was truly a place to lay down to keep from sleeping outside in the car.

The AC stop working before mid night. We never had Wi-Fi

There was no breakfast. Nothing really

The a/c unit barely worked. The bathroom needs improvement, the mats on the floor needs to be thrown away

No breakfast or food was there. Had to leave property for everything.

Couldn't pay by card.

First if all tall guy don't know his name was very rude. Issue with settee, so had to move room was rushed. With offer of no help at 1st. Said hurry up. I suffer from High blood pressure so had to take time. I'm 60 years old. Overall place is nice other housekeeper were nice & helpful. This is dislikes

It was 1 night. It was okay. the place was Clean and the bed was comfortable, I love the location.

I expected more upgraded appliances such as the TV, no microwave it's really old school and nothing to watch.

I never received breakfast. As the hotel didnt accept bank cards i had to travel back into Ocho Rios to go ABM(ATM), Which resukted in my card being aucked by the machine which left me in a very dangerous position, however the allowed me to sty that night, so i could pay. After xontacting my children who were going to send me Western Union. Before this could materialiise th this could happen i was HUMILIATED when the owner summones the JCF (POLICE) Were summoned to the property, i was Humiliated in front of ALL the other Guests. The approach by members of their staff, their whole mannerisms are TOTALLY WRONG, your dont treat others, like that and definately not someone who is spending thir hard earned cash at your establishment.

I had to ask for a microwave and the tv was not working, they went to change it still didn't work so I didnt have a tv for the night. Will revisit.

There was no one to confirm I had a booking. I was told to wait . I waited for 30 mins. And no one came to assist.
