Was unable to bathe due to work in the park. the water was very dirty.

Kids love legoland hotel with castle playground. But no microwave in the whole resort which was a bit annoying, especially with kid that on special diet.

The staff is very friendly and they try to help as much as they can.

The elevator and certain areas smelled like Marijuana. The manager was notified and was responsive but said there is little that can be done about the smell since smoking Marijuana is legal in the state of New York. Someone must have been smoking it in their room on our floor because we could smell it. I do not blame the manager because his hands were tied- he was as accommodating as possible given the extent of his authority. However, there needs to be a hotel policy in place that prohibits smoking in rooms or on the property. Managers need to have more authority to investigate and eliminate the source of the Marijuana usage on property. This is a hotel marketed toward children. I requested a refund because I spent $525 for one night in a hotel where my kids had to smell Marijuana. Imagine a 5 and 6 year old asking “What is that smell, Mom?” I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and I have never experienced anything like this. for $525 a night I should not have to smell drugs in the hallway, elevator and other areas of the hotel. When I texted the customer service number (because that’s the ONLY way to put in a complaint … or at least that’s what I was told) the best they offered was 15% off the room. I was willing to put up with the poor food quality at the restaurant and other small dissatisfactions, I understand this isn’t a 5 star hotel, but the smell of drugs in the building is just unacceptable.
