Great location with a cool background/history to the building and matching theme/decor inside. Huge, spacious room as well.

Being an airport hotel I kind of expected a bit of noise from planes, but was surprised how noisy it was (inside my room) from other guests...like the venting is all tied together and I could easily hear other people's conversations and arguments for hours.

Just about everything. Love the mod/NASA theme! Enjoyed watching the planes takeoff and land from the comfort of our bed!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Our room was very clean. The shuttle was available for an early flight. The hotel was very close to the airport. Also, we enjoyed dinner at the Aviator Restaurant and Event Center, which was very close to the hotel.

I would have liked an extra light or lamp by the couch area. It was very dark there. Unfortunately, our TV didn't work in Room 200 on our 2nd visit but we were quickly moved to the next room. However, we had heating issues in Room 201 since it was a chilly night. The manager came and tried to fix it (it was Sunday night) temporarily, but again it started blowing cool air. The TV did work so my husband was happy watching the football game. We managed okay and left early the next morning for an early flight.

The room needed some sort of soft component.. carpeting or a rug. Something was needed to help dampen the sounds in the room and in the hall. Whatever cleaning products they’re using are STRONG. I’ve never experienced this, but the overwhelming smell kept me awake most of the night as it felt hard to breathe.

The lobby and room was well kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Almost everything. The staff was super, the property is really clean. It’s a plus that there is no carpet. It really was a neat hotel and the furniture is quite cute. We loved it…absolutely loved the touch free pancake maker and thé wrapped granola bars.

The breakfast was a little disappointing for everything it has to offer. Very minimalistic and the pastry/bakery goods were not fresh… There was a subliminal rush to wrap up breakfast even before the closing time. If you are not into pets, the downside is some occupants stay with their pets *

Location, breakfast from 6 to 10am. Clean. Felt fairly new. Smelled nice. Large walk-in shower, good water pressure. Quiet. Day and night shades in room. Pancake machine. Friendly staff. Nice little cubby spaces all around.

We stayed for 2 nights, no service in our room, in, no new towels, trash removal coffee for Kuerig. It was fine, but would have liked a check.

The giant room size, very clean. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast options were good with lots of variety. . I really liked this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The only thing I would fix is that when I got into my room, after late checkin. The room had a strong smell of cleaning supplies. It was beneficial to see that it was clean but the odor was strong. If the rooms were able to be aired out after cleaning, that would be best

We liked the proximity to the airport since we had a very early flight and MAJOR bonus was that they offer a free shuttle to the airport. It was over ten minutes late, but he got us there on time any way.

I DID NOT LIKE the scent that was being sent via the air in the common places. It was oddly scented and totally unnecessary…it was almost a very chemically scent which was very odd and did not make me comfortable.

I had an email approved early check and then the manager said they didn't do that. My card kept getting declined so we didn't stay there . It was very unprofessional. My card magically worked at the hotel we did stay at

The décor was ridiculous, too many hard, overly colorful surfaces, very unwelcoming room. Terrible food at breakfast (nothing healthy about anything).

I was only there for overnight due to early flight at CLE. Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean, stylish and quiet. Shuttle was on time, though was very early.
