I was impressed by staff (both at reception and at breakfast), they were very helpful, approachable, whatever I asked for was not a pronlem. The hotel itself is in building protected zone, therefore internal arrangement of room or staircase could not be modified - but it gave an unfogeteable romantic athmosphere to our stay. Also very spaceful room with small kitchen. I realy like it. Parking was available directly on site.
Obviously, there was no chance to retrofit a lift. But I had only small backpack and my friends with small siutcase were able to manage staicaise easily. It would not be a massive deal unless for a wheelchair user.

Great attention to detail. Breakfast was super cute and very good
Check-in hours weren't very varied

The relaxed ambience, attention to detail, and high quality spaces. We loved the special touch with candlelit breakfasts and the opportunity for a private spa session + massages! The staff were so friendly and helpful as well... And the location was very convenient!
We had a large tub instead of a shower in our suite, so it took some adjusting to effectively wash our hair (learning curve).
