Lovely little cottage. Had everything you needed. The location was amazing. Only a short walk to everything in Ripon you want to see. Some excellent bars and restaurants close by. Would recommend to others.

The location.
The property was excellent.
The only thing to be aware of and this may have only been at the time of our stay but there seemed to be a local cockerel that woke us up at around 5 am each morning and made a lot of noise after that time. It was lovely to hear the cathedral bells but not the really loud cockerel.

great location, nice to hear the cathedral bells ringing, comfortable living space and lovely shower room
default settings for the heating - not on early or late
sink plug leaks so I had to buy a washing up bowl
freezer compartment would have been useful

booking.com gave the wrong key number. I had to contact Sykes Cottages.
