Location was perfect. It’s situated in the heart of Nelson and it’s just a short walk to restaurants and shops.
The couch was terribly uncomfortable. It’s a sofa bed, and it kept sliding out and I had to keep pushing the couch pillows back in. Further, it was just extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The only alternative was a recliner (or a rocking chair) that reclined all the way back and so we ended up on the uncomfortable couch again. Also, we found a stranger’s sock and a dental pick on the floor, which felt gross but other than that, the rest of the house was clean.

Fantastic apartment wish I owned it. Offered everything and more in the small section which the apartment sits on. Fantastic use of space very modern all the latest mod cons. Location perfect, quiet, unique. We were left breakfast supplies and Easter eggs which was a nice touch. Would love to stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, the apartment is so central and the decor light and welcoming making our stay a very pleasurable one. The two patios areas were a real bonus for relaxing. The continental breakfast provided was delicious. We are very appreciative of everything.

Fantastic location in the center of Nelson.
Fully equipped kitchen with attention to details. Fresh fruit on the counter and milk in the fridge.
Kids loved the shower with double shower heads.
Super comfy beds.

The property had everything you could ask for plus nice little extras like plunger coffee, fruit, a good amount of coffee pods and milk.
I couldn’t get Alexa to work (and I have one at home) or get the sound-bars to work with the tvs (only to play music from my Spotify). A few step by step instructions on these features would be appreciated I’m sure.

Oaktree House is a hidden oasis in the middle of Nelson city. It's a beautifully appointed property, with wonderful technology. The property is immaculately clean and had everything we needed.

Everything was perfect. Amazing development, perfectly appointed - really can't fault anything. Host couldn't have been more helpful. Shower was epic, bed was super comfy, even the towels were great. The location is almost too good to be true. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent host, great communication. Stunning apartment located right in the heart of Nelson city. Walking distance from shopping, cafes and restaurants. Perfect two couple get away or business trip location for a inner city meeting.
Fully automated system of keyless entry. Brilliant. Stylish and all the mod cons and comfort you could hope for in a stay- very comfy bed. Look forward to our next visit.
