Mumian Shenzhen Luohu JDV by Hyatt

Good location

There is construction nearby , it was noisy and untidy nearby including traffic to reach hotel got problems. The most annoying is checked in process . Staff did not follow what we booked through booking .com , mix up booking . So it took so long in this process. I understand that construction is not hotel false but the process for check in should be improved . I stay in Suite room 5 floor space is good but I found drinking glass is not clean .

Walking distance to Luohu Mix C and dining places nearby as well and metro. Very central location to the parks nearby as well. Provided the self service laundry option as well. We can choose different type of pillows ( firm, soft, medium and memory form) Very thoughtful of that. Staff are very friendly and kind, always available and fulfill our requests. We love the complimentary fruits in the room and hotel facilities are superb. Kids love staying here and we will definitely return and stay again. We stayed for 4 nights and wish we can stay for bit longer.
