This villa was perfect for our stay in Puerto Del Carmen. The location is excellent, only a short walk down to the strip and a spar just around the corner. Alexandra was absolutely lovely, and although we never met her in person, there was excellent communication through WhatsApp. We found the bed very comfortable in the room we slept in and there was plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms and lots of hangers provided. The aircon in the bedroom was excellent. There is none upstairs in the living/kitchen area but we didn’t spend a lot of time up there. The full fridge freezer downstairs with the small kitchenette was a great touch to limit the need to have to go upstairs when chilling by the pool during the day. The outdoor space is great and there is a table tennis table and all the accessories needed to play. The pool is quite small but size wouldn’t have been an issue if it were only a little bit deeper. It is only 1m in depth so we were on our knees while in it to be under the water. The temperature of the water was always warm though, so we spent a lot of time in the pool each day without ever feeling cold. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and if we ever come back to Puerto Del Carmen we would definitely stay again.

If the pool was a little deeper this would be a perfect Villa but we still had an excellent stay.

The location is excellent. Even though its near the strip it is very quite. You can drop-off your luggage early if required.

The pool is vey small,

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr gepflegt, schöner kleiner Pool, Meerblick vom Balkon, zwei vollwertige Kühlschränke, hochwertige Ausstattung.

Zimmertüren im UG müssten eingestellt werden, schlossen nicht richtig. Ein kleiner Staubsauger wäre schön.

Location was great.

Sheets were dirty on check in and had to be changed. Pool never cleaned properly, scum mark and dirt on bottom throughout stay - requested cleaning but never happened. Drawers dirty, floors also dirty and had to clean myself on day of check in. Air con a nightmare. Attention to detail poor overall. Beds and pillows rock hard.
