The rooms are clean, WiFi is decent, and the price is good.

The main issue here is the noise. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything happening outside, from a dog barking a block away to people walking by your room. The staff also stay up talking the entire night (loudly) and are very inconsiderate of the people especially in the ground floor. They will not quiet down or change your room, even when asked. Finally, the hotel is down two dark alleys and is not in a good or quiet location. If you want to sleep while in Panajachel, look somewhere else

No pudimos dormir a gusto, sobre todo una noche, una familia como de 6 personas el jueves 24/11 hizo muchísima bulla hasta pasadas media noche en el lobby, no es del todo culpa del hotel pero me hubiera gustado que les llamarán la atención, deben velar por la armonía, sobre todo porque todo está muy junto en el hotel, mínimo debieron pedirles hablar más bajo pero era un escándalo y los niños corriendo como si fuera pleno día. Si no fuera por esto le pondría un 8-9

Confortable room and adecuate bathroom. Nice staff. One block away from calle Santander and about 5 minute walk from the docks. It has a nice shared kitchen.

We booked this place for the price as we were arriving later to Pana and wanted somewhere just to crash for a night. It can be hard to find as it is down an alley but there are signs for it once you enter the alley. Staff were fine and helped us book a shuttle to Chichicastenango. My room was on the ground floor right by reception so I thought it would be loud but it was very quiet at night.

Not the hotel's fault at all but the power went out in the whole town so of course there was no hot water and it happened right when I was in the middle of my shower. My sister was able to get some pots from the staff to fill with bottled water that she had so I could rinse off :)

Nice place to stay in a quiet alley, only a couple minutes walk from the central street. It was quiet and the people were very nice. Clean rooms and nice bathroom!

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance, for us and for the tour guides that picked us up.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal once we reached it(it was a little tricky finding it). I felt extremely safe at the hotel and within the town. The kitchen was nice and the beds were comfortable. They helped us book transportation to Antigua.

There was an extremely bad odor from the bathroom-room 14. They tried to address it but it never quite went away-ugh. The drain was in the shower was slow. The room was hot and stuffy. The windows don't have screens so we could only use a fan which didn't really help.

new building with super clean rooms and great location to explore panajachel. the staff is friendly and the rooftop terrace is a plus.

the setting ressembles a traditional us motel with room aligned and a corridor that leads to each of them. the main and only window has view on the corridor so windows must be closed at all time if you want some privacy. Soundproofing is non existant.

Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Let us check in early and check out late without additional fees. TV has Netflix. Located off the main street and at the end of an alleyway which makes it quieter.

Poor drainage in sink and shower. Toilet faces the wall and is too close to the wall.

Staff was friendly, facilities were clean, and the shared kitchen space was nice! The town is very noisy at night with roosters and dogs, but the rooms here were so quiet. We had a great sleep!

Hard to find location

Breakfast wasn't included but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

The rooms are comfortable but a bit small. It does come with two twin size beds that you can easily slide together.

The location is in a great location, just off the main strip leading to the lagoon. It was less than a 10 min walk from where our shuttle dropped off. It was easy to find the hotel using the staffs instructions sent beforehand. The staff are really nice and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The shower was strong and hot. The kitchen is well equipped with free water.

Our room did not have air con and it got very hot! The wifi was really bad.

The location was good but initially a little difficult to find as it's down a narrow street then down another narrow side street. I would recommend some signage if possible.

Room was very small. No place to put your clothes. No hangers in the bathroom. Noisy in the morning
