We always like how very clean the facility is. We also like the security if the building, with evening vodes to get in.
The only thing this visit was how cold the room was. This was corrected by maintenance though, so all turned out OK.

Quiet and comfortable.
No blackout curtains.

Building was beautiful and somewhat of a surprise! Little studio was perfect. It had everything we needed. Location was great and convenient.
Everything was perfect .
I was not using the freezer but noticed it was iced up. Someone should probably take care of it but it didn’t inconvenience us at all.

The staff are doing the best they can to keep the hotel afloat, but the hotel needs a total renovation
Could not control the temperature - it is a building wise system and the controls are meant to control vents only. The vents in our room did not respond so the manager did it manually.
