The location is perfect for me as it was coincidentally few street away from my cousin. Also not far from city center.
The apartment was clean.
No bottle water on arrival

The garden

It was basically clean, beds were comfortable, parking was easy, location was central to town for watching the marathon.
Couldn't get much on the TV. The bath was very high and didn't feel safe, needs a bathmat at minimum. The garden totally unkempt. The decor was grim and very poorly done. The tangle of wires everywhere was worrying. I can't imagine anybody would book this twice.
