The size was good, well equipped and plenty of bedroom space good towels & bedding

Everything else, the place is a hazard Carpets are threadbare, coming away on stairs Toilet seat broken, window broken, both front and patio doors wouldn’t lock or open easily. Lock on shower room didn’t work, drains stunk when operating shower/sink. Dirty windows, cobwebs everywhere, broken chair & wardrobe. Sofa stained, cushions threadbare, fireplace dusty, beds cheap, mattresses too soft and metal frames that squeak No fit for purpose seating in the garden, grass long. The list goes on… I have taken lots of photos too. This places needs a massive overhaul

Plenty of space. Pleasant house and garden. Ground floor bedroom/bathroom useful if stairs are tricky for you. Good location for Norwich. Off-road parking. Quiet road. Would stay again.

We were very disappointed with the standard of the property. It is in need of a full refurbishment. Lounge- flooring badly worn. Fire hearth thick with dust, cushions old and worn. Dining room- carpet badly worn, chairs with wobbly legs, ceiling sagging.(Unsafe) Kitchen- worktop marked all over, badly fitted Lino covering old floor. Kettle handle very wobbly. Downstairs toilet- toilet not fitted securely to floor, shower doesn’t have hot water and once on the button gets stuck. Upstairs bathroom- bath takes forever to drain away and bath feels unsafe to stand in to shower. Bedrooms- all beds have very uncomfortable mattresses and some feel like they will break when laid on. Garden- Grass was overgrown so children were unable to play outside. I understand a park is not far but to far to send a 6 and 3 year old alone when they should have had a garden to play in. We contacted owner but had no satisfactory response.

Great to have a good size property with a good size garden. Close to the centre of town too. The bedrooms were nicely presented, and the towels were lovely and soft.

The rubbish and recycling bins hadn’t been emptied and there were additional rubbish bags on the drive. The location albeit good was a little misleading. Could have done with a few more kitchen utensils.
