The location, safety and staff attitude.
Being called after checkout and being told that they are running short of one towel, I mean doing a proper check and counting of things in the room before checking guests in is important so that one knows exactly what was there, than to call guests asking them for a mere towel, that for me is totally unacceptable as you are implying that I stole a towel or I am a thief, that should be corrected.

It’s affordable and clean
The location didn’t feel quite safe but at the property itself there’s a 24/7 security guard, so the only discomfort is the getting there especially at night.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and tidy. The room so clean, every appliance was working and was warm during the night thanks to the heater.

The shower is big, and there's hot water

The towels are torn and the white bedding has stains, the pillow case was also torn
Clear windows in the shower with no blinds, makes it easy for other guests to see what's happening.
