I didn’t get to stay even though they took my money.
They scammed me out my money.

NOTHING!!!
Didnt get the service for what I was charged
After waiting for 30 minutes during the window of time that I had to show up, no one answered the door bell, texts, calls and emails. The fraudster host then texted me some 1 hour later after waiting there for 30 minutes and having to leave for a motel texts from a different number, apologized and offered to offer a refund. It has been months and that refund is yet to arrive in my account.
I am equally upset with booking.com as they have yet to consider my complaint despite offering the the evidence for calls, texts, photos I had to take from outside the hosts place and emails. They simply have accepted the lie from the fraudster host saying that I was offered while I never even got access to the place, let a lone getting service.
I want my money back and would recommend for booking .com to kick the fraudster out of their system!

Fiz a reserva, foi debitado no meu cartão de crédito, recebi a confirmação por e-mail e quando cheguei no local estava fechado. Liguei para o número que estava na confirmação da reserva e a pessoa disse que não havia vaga disponível. Eu insisti dizendo que recebi a confirmação da reserva e que já havia pago. Simplesmente a pessoa respondeu para eu pedir a devolução do dinheiro para o Booking. Imagine você chegar cansada no final da tarde só querendo um banho e uma cama e dar com a cara na porta fechada.

Pacifico's place was very nice, quiet and clean. I was greeted by Pacifico and he was very attentive, and answer all my questions regarding the room I was staying and assured me if I have any issues, he will be immediately accessible and available to help. Plenty of street parking.

Unfortunately, we had the worst experience with this property. We booked the room there and got the confirmation from Booking. After that somebody from Pacifico's Place "C" called us and said that they were overbooked and had no room available for us and promised to contact Booking.com and cancel our stay. That didn't happen and instead of that we were charged for this stay.
I called the property three times to get my money back and always received the same answer that they needed more time for details. I opened the dispute in Customer Support and it didn't help either. It's almost a month has past since this moment.

We had a great time at Pacifico’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
