The staff are very accommodating especially when we needed to have an early breakfast, they were all so helpful.

The staff was promt and good. Food was good
The Air Con was poor.. The room temperature did not go below 20 even if uve put the Air con to minimum... Plus when v were given room the AC was making too much noise. We were shifted to a different room but you need to work on ur air conditioner

In this Hotel the facilities were excellent. The bathroom design was excellent.
The hotel was way too noisy. Front desk personnel was not very helpful.

The huge lobby and decor feels luxurious and new. Accommodating service.

plus, I would really appreciate/congratulate the manager or the concern person who hired students/graduated staff which they are young, he won’t regret! they are doing really well to maintain and arrangement (boys & girls)
room key cards should be more higher in quality of working, it was activated for 24h only and happened this during my stay two times.
also I will highly recommend to add anti-slippery mat/small carpet after showering or coming from bathroom, the floor is too slippery.
regard toilet seat, it’s too small, what if you have guests big sizes, they will struggle, better always to get a big sizes of toilet seats for all type of guests.
staff, they need to show some happiness even if they are in bad day, as long as they are at work, smiling is for free, they need to show at least softly.

staff was not very helpful. they were rude. At the time of checking in they said breakfast is included next morning they said cant find in system. were not very clear and not helpful at all
