Very comfortable beds, staff offered meals, very clean.

large room with good sizes ensuite toilet and shower.Had a microwave, full size under counter fridge, mini ironing board and iron. Plenty tea and coffee sachets.TV didn't require tuning in like some places and had a firestick, so plenty of choice - Disney, Prime and the like, which worked straight away without having to put a code in. Double bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. The whole place was exceptionally clean and very cosy.The Royal Oak Inn was adjacent to property and the owners popped out to hand over the keys to the stable apartment. The Inn has a great menu and very reasonably priced. I had the best chilli con carne I've had in years.Was offered breakfast option, but as travelling on, I didn't experience, but if the pub menu was anything to go by, it was likely to have been very good.

Everything was great, but I had a torch with me in case it was dark outside, which possibly would be needed if arriving later in the evening.

The breakfast was lovely. Great value for money well served excellently by the host. The location was brilliant for walking the dog. Evening meal at the pub was great value at a really good price. Everything you could possibly need in the room including a fridge & microwave. Great ensuite. Nice having pub attached so able eat without having to leave the property.

The two single beds were slightly narrow.

Very easy to get settled in, had everything I needed & more! Very helpful & accomodating with all questions I asked. Food served till 8pm (some info provided in the room would be good though!) & reasonably priced

Neighbours (travelling) with a very noisy dog. Car parking was manageable but far from ideal, the back street seemed to be a better spot if you needed to load/unload. Food waste bags or info would have been helpful for those of us with longer stays (I used bathroom bin as it had a lid)
