It doesn’t tell you that the facilities are down. The room needs new pots and pans and the drawers need cleaned out in the kitchen.

The property doesn’t match the description- dirty floors and curtains; no second remote; no batteries; no washer or dryer; indoor pool is closed; gym closed; beach pool deck closed and no beach access; the building is probably sinking due to beach erosion. It is dangerous to stay there after what has happened in the city of Surfside, Miami-Dade County

Nada me gusto, el hotel está en pésima condición no tiene ni piscina, ni restaurante, ni aparcamiento está muy deteriorado, una experiencia muy desagradable en cuanto al hotel.

Property owner was nice.
Indoor and outdoor pool closed. Tiki Bar is closed. Restaurant is closed. You have to walk around the building & parking garage for beach access. Only one elevator working, so it took forever to get anywhere. Laundry facilities only had one washer that worked.

I loved the lay out of the room. It was clean and well stocked.The view was excellent. Also convenient location I could walk right across the street to shops and restaurants.

not much. even though booking listing stating that there would be full amenities including pools and spa and hot tub and beach access- none of those were Available. false advertising and honestly I do not recommend.

that the place was located on the ocean.
we were expecting the use of an outdoor pool and hot tub and didn’t realize that neither were available until after we booked.

The condo itself was nice but we had roaches. The parking garage was closed. I am handicapped and we had to walk around the entire building and garage. The outdoor pool and tiki bar were closed due to hurricane damage and did not say so in the description. Half of the foundation of the retaining wall was damaged with rebar showing. The same for resorts in both sides of us
For $200 a night, all this damage and inconvenience, the rate should be much lower
I contacted the owner and all they could do is say I'm sorry.
I was in room 435. If you're going to stay there, watch out for the roaches

Pools damaged by hurricane, indoor pool and hot tubs not open, parking garage not able to be used due to hurricane/ Rolex 24 in town so parking was a big problem....none revealed at booking

The view was amazing, the room itself was super cute and the beds were so comfortable! Also, the communication with the room owner was easy and super quick. Will definitely book here again!
The only downsides are that there is only one way in and out, through the front, making heading down to the beach a walk around the building. Yes, I understand there is hurricane damage still, but was still a bit of an inconvenience. Also, wasn't really sure why the indoor pool was closed, outdoor, yes, I understand (damage).

The Hotel us beautiful, clean but it is restricted because hurricane Nicole that destroyed the recreation area.
there aren't enough spaces available so I had to go to another nearby space indicated by the hotel to leave the car.

I loved the apartment, very clean, cozy. smelled great, spotless.
The pool decks were closed, parking garage closed. had to park at an empty lot next to property. not even the indoor pool was open.

Very hard to get into our room as the lobby sent us to the wrong room and then we had to get new keys.
Room was excellent once we got in.

How most of the admendities in the room were dirty. Went to order from the kitchen on site and it seemed they were never open.
