Mycket prisvärt hotell. Jag har bott där flera gånger o återkommer gärna. Det har t o m blivit bättre sen tidigare. RESTAURANG PERSONAL MYCKET TREVLIG. Riktigt bra mat, bra frukost. Nu fattas bara att dom serverar riktig jiuce på morgonen o inte fabriksgjord.

Location

No non smoking floors. Smoking and non smoking rooms are mixed. When you get out of lift you are hit by the smell of smoke. Bed was very uncomfortable and matress old. Ridge in middle of matress

I liked that the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The food wasn't great.

The location is great because it quiet out of the center of the city. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is great! Vanessa at the receptionist desk was wonderful! We actually booked a few more nights.

The breakfast was very nice. All the staff from reception to housekeeping for incredibly friendly. The selection of TV channels was good and the rooms were sparkling clean.

The pastries and cakes could do with some improvements.

Amazing hotel with outstanding staff. I enjoyed my stay and I plan to stay in it again in the future.

Incorrect information about what is in your room. Hotel claims to have coffee machine in the room, which is not true. I got instant coffee and only on last day?!(I informed staff on day of check in). Staff promise to resolve issue, but they never do. Ingredients are often missing in room service orders. Staff promise to buy ferry ticket but they fails to do that as well. Breakfast bellow average. Very loud rooms, hard to focus if you need to work. It’s like big missed potential for good experience. Full of service failures, especially on front office.
