I was happy with the stay.
1. There is one universal plug in the room.
2. The buffet breakfast is standard with both Asian and Western styles.
3. I took a motorbike to Beach Nusa Dua to capture the sunrise because it is about 5km away.
4. The hotel staffs are friendly, especially the security guard helped to carry my luggage.
5. I like the hotel's stairs are open and wide.

1. I am not sure about the iron and ironing board because I didn't need them this time.
2. I would prefer if there is some or just little information sheet or pamphlet to introduce the nearest beach to the hotel.

We upgraded to the suite and this was amazing. The cheaper rooms are for students and backpackers so the upgrade is worth it if you want a comfortable stay. The cafe next door and the Japanese restaurant on the roof have excellent menus and room service.
We called the restaurant at 9.33pm for a late dinner and was told the kitchen closed at 9.30pm even though all adverts said the restaurant closed at 10pm. We wanted anything available and were told no, which was a shame.
