The host was absolutely so rude and didn’t even give her customers the nice approach she was very rude and didn’t even give us the chance to explain anything it was all done on her terms or nothing!! And we don’t even get the right apartment we paid for ! And the dusty. A manger abola too was extremely rude ! We don’t even have a check out time the night before

Apartment was relatively big, had almost everything you needed as a tourist. Parking space was good.

People might like the smell of the apartment if he or she is a smoker. But might be a problem for non-smoker especially when your clothes clung with cigarette smoke for whole day.

Where to start... The pictures in the listing don't reflect the current state of the property, perhaps they did 5-10 years ago, see attached pics... We had to go to a different address to pick up the keys, and it was in a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood, and we couldn't reach the host... When we eventually got the keys, we drove to the property and it was in an even sketchier neighourhood, with run-down buildings and untended vegetation... The walls were full of marks, the fittings were old and didn't close porperly, and furshings were stained and/or dirty... There was dust and debris in every nook and cranny you looked in... Oh, there were NO CLEAN TOWELS, and linens also appeared old and not properly cleaned. There was a storage room full of random stuff, with a pile of old cleaning supplies and dirty towels and bedding... The room that is supposed to be the office was not heated, and had a broken desk and a bicycle without a wheel in it??? We stayed only because we couldn't find an alternative for our dates when we found out the state of the apartment... Do yourself a favour and don't book this.

Was in a good location

The place was horrible and wasn't clean stains everywhere even on the towels had to clean the whole place was like staying in someone's council flat

The flat was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities we needed and everything in the flat was in perfect working order. The location was good, central to the airport and the city centre, only a 10 minute drive to either. There was adequate space for parking which was great.

When I phoned to organise key pick up was asked if i would like to Change to a flat closer to town. After being assured there was parking I agreed. The apartment we were offered was actually a 2 bed so was upgraded at no extra cost. I asked if we could meet around 3 as thought this was check in time. Guy explained check in was normally 4 but would contact me if he could meet us sooner. He did text and then phone at 2.50 to say we could go meet him. So excellent customer service. When met was shown into property and was pleased to find a very clean, well presented flat.

Only one thing which didnt effect our stay but was noted. The livingroom carpet was cream and there were a good few stains and marks on it especially where the sofas were. Maybe a slightly darker carpet is the answer.

The host is very friendly and helpful the place is nice and tidy in a good location best place I have stayed on booking.com
