The property was easily accessible and clean. Main living area is nicely updated and furnished. Great fishing area and great view.

The air conditioner did not work properly and would not cool the home. The deck has many wooden boards that need replacing and is a danger to walk on due to nails sticking up. The beach was very dirty after past tenants and we picked up the trash that was left by them. Upstairs floor by washing machine is bucked up and needs replacing.

The location was amazing. The views were great as well. The Wi-Fi was great. Everything worked well. The AC was ice cold.

It’s an Older property. It Could use a lot of updates. Some of the paint was chipping. But it served its purpose.

Overall, everything was ok for our six-day stay.

Individual points worth mentioning are: - Kitchen equipment is minimal and could be improved by individual items, better knives, a bit more bowls, kitchen accessories in general for example. Thus, the dishwasher is also not immediately necessary. - What was really missing are hair dryer, iron and ironing board. A folding drying rack would help to not always have to turn on the dryer for bathing suits or pants. A small beach umbrella would have been desirable. Unfortunately, our request for hair dryer, iron and ironing board was not responded to on site. A gas grill does not really make sense if no grill utensils are available and you have to make do with the kitchen accessories.
