First of all, I would especially like to thank the young male staff member who helped me with my check-out on the morning of September 20. He was very young, friendly, and full of positive energy. When I shared two things that could be improved, he listened carefully and responsibly wrote down all of my feedback. This really left a very good impression on me and showed me that they genuinely care about their guests’ feedback. I believe these issues will be improved. This is also one of the cutest hostels I have ever stayed in. Although the bed is not very large, the whole space feels very warm and cozy. The design is thoughtful, practical, and really lovely. I especially liked the curtain beside the bed, which can be closed to create a more private and personal space. The hostel also provides free lockers, which can be opened with a code, so there is no need to bring your own lock. This is extremely convenient and very well designed. The bathroom is very spacious and bright, and the layout is very practical. When you enter the bathroom, there is an area where you can brush your teeth and wash your face, and there is also a separate shower area. I especially liked the design inside the shower area. There is a wooden partition that creates a very useful space where you can place your toiletries and even your phone without worrying about it getting wet. I thought this was a very convenient and thoughtful design. The entire bathroom was also very dry and exceptionally clean. When you check in, you are provided with a complete set of clean and neatly folded bedding, including a duvet cover, pillowcase, and sheet. This makes you feel comfortable and reassured. The location is also very convenient, right in the city centre, and there are parking spaces directly in front of the hostel, which is very convenient if you are travelling by car.

The only thing I found a little bit disappointing was the charging connection beside the bed. There is a charging connection provided next to the bed, but it is not a standard electrical socket. It requires a USB charging cable. Unfortunately, I did not have the right type of cable with me at the time. The charging cable I use for my phone has the same small connector on both ends, so I could not connect it to the charging connection provided beside the bed. As a result, I was unable to charge my phone while in bed. If a standard power socket, or different types of charging connections, could be provided beside the beds in the future, that would make the experience even more convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you again for your thoughtful service, and especially to these two kind, professional, and helpful staff members. Your care and attention to your guests really made a strong impression on me. Thank you, and I hope you continue doing what you are doing and keep getting even better!

staff was kind and it was in a great location in purmerend. if you dont plan on staying here a lot though, just pay extra to be closer to amsterdam.

it was so HOT. definitely do not recommend during a heat wave or warm weather in general. staff was lovely but 1 bathroom for like 20+ people? the bed area was poorly cleaned too. barely got any sleep during my stay
