The suite is very nice, smaller than I expected but beautifully set up and it’s great value. Some bumps here and there in cleanliness but it’s nothing bad! The staff via text were quick in response and helpful. Location is incredible!
Our room didn’t have a closet to put our stuff which we didn’t realize. There was a table but just made it a bit cramped. Our bed was Super soft ( I guess that’s why it’s called Cloud LOL! But it was almost too soft and was very uncomfortable for myself and my partner.

Really central location and close to many restaurants, public transportation, including the bus to and from the airport. The apartment I got was big and spacious. I like that because it's a small property, so you're not dealing with plenty of hotel guests and noise, etc.
Hairdryer was missing. I asked for one from staff and they said they were all out. I don't understand why that should be. I was there for 5 days and only 3-4 coffee pods. Bed was a little firm. Bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room, but it was nice and clean and modern.

Decent location. Easy access.
Showed up on time for check-in and my room was actively being cleaned. No problem; waited for them to finish. They leave the room without acknowledging me at all. I go in and they forgot to leave soap, and hadn’t cleaned very thoroughly. Bit of an orange peel under a counter, a random pill under the bed. They brought me soap after I asked if there it was supposed to be in the room and again didn’t say a word to me, even when handing me the soap.
