Magical peaceful view from front and back of the of the cosy boat. Nice comfortable bed and well equipped with everything we needed

Perfect location and all facilities required for a short stay

The boat itself is nice and sits in a beautiful quiet location. It is well equipped with a bedroom and open kitchen / living room with a fold out sofa. Bath is small but functional.
Nice porch outside - if you don’t mind the mosquitos at some point.
Unfortunately, parking was a complete disaster and makes this a very challenging stay. The next parking lot is a good 5+ minute walk and the host advised us to pre-book. However, the website did not allow pre-booking although we tried multiple times. When we arrived there were parking spaces available, but it was again not possible to book a spot.
We ended up booking an extra room at the Premier Inn for 90GBP, as it was still cheaper than the 100GBP penalty for parking (there is a huge video camera at the entrance to the parking lot).
We had asked the host for an alternative idea or guidance, but got no solution!
