We got a room adapted for the disabled, the shower and toilet were wheelchair accessible, our experience was ruined

The breakfast was great and the view around the hotel.

The room we got on the ground floor was not silent at all, we heard the loud music from the lobby, guests and the breakfast preparations every day. The bathroom smelled urine. You can use bikes as there is quite the distance to the nearby villages but they were not functionable or safe. The hotel does not have a restaurant.

This hotel was beautiful and in such a great location. It is just a small walk to the town of gravedona which is a gorgeous small bay with great views and a few small but good drinks/food locations. The owners and staff were so friendly and really helpful with giving us hints and tips of what to do and where to go. The breakfast was excellent. Good selection of drinks. Rooms clean and very large. Our room had dove hand and shower soaps which is a nice touch. Couldn't rate the place high enough and we will certainly be back

located just on the waterfront of lake Komo, amazing view, nice and neat, so quiet, clean facilities, very reach and tasty breakfast, we had the most wonderful time there.

Very nice hotel. It has a great location right next to the lake, but in walking minutes to the small town centre. The staff was friendly. The room was quite spacious, very clean and had a comfy bed. The hotel has a small pool and a garden where you can lay down and rest. The breakfast was also really satisfying. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nice outside area with a lot of space and a beautiful view on lake Como. Rooms were big and clean. Very good breakfast and good hygiene concept. The staff was very friendly. The charging station for my EV worked fine.

Right on the edge of Lake Como with a gate leading from the property to a footpath around the lake. We had a frontal lake view room which was lovely, it had patio chairs and loungers. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and Covid restrictions in place. Dinner recommendations and reservations were made by the wonderful staff. Would highly recommend.

Could not get a better location in Gravedona! The pool and hotel are RIGHT NEXT to Lake Como! The room was huge - very comfy beds - lots of space to spread out. The bathroom was also very big. Everything was so modern and nice! Great air con. Our room opened onto the terrace by the pool where they served breakfast - it felt like a dream to wake up there each morning. The breakfast was amazing. So much great food! There was so much lovely grass space where we could do some workouts in the morning. The staff were wonderful - checking in they made sure we were well informed about the area and deals at local restaurants. Also, the barman drove us to the station when we couldn't get a taxi! One nearby was in a vineyard/orchard and was AMAZING! 10 out of 10 - exceed all possible expectations. Will return!

We inquired about a later check out and was told that it would not be possible as the hotel was full. We were allowed to stay by the pool after checking out and by the time we left the hotel, our room hadn't even been touched (we could see through the glass doors from the terrace). It was very annoying as we had to then change in the hotel toilet - with no shower to wash ourselves after the pool - which was right opposite the kitchen and lounge where all these guests were milling about while we were fussing with suitcases. Transport in the area is a little difficult - ferries aren't that common, buses don't seem to run to time table and there were only two taxis on the day we checked out and both were unavailable.
