The apartment was spacious, the kitchen well equipped.

There are plenty of radiators if you wanted warmth but no fans for the heat. Upstairs apartment would be better but we were on the ground floor with windows opening onto the road and petrol station so could only tilt the top and there were many mosquitoes

Le tende oscuranti; alle 6.30 del mattino sembra di essere già in pieno giorno.

Lots of light

No clothes washing facilities

The property is spacious and very well located

The problem with the drains meant the shower room became almost unusable. The smell was totally disgusting meaning we were having to try to open every window in the property for it to go away . This is not acceptable to rent out this space knowing that such a problem exists. Sadly it really did spoil the weekend we had - I now need to add a footnote to the reply received from the property. We did inform a member of staff on the Saturday morning who was fully aware of the problem. So the problem was not new and it clearly wasn't reported back by the lady to the owners despite us raising it. It is wrong of the owners to suggest we did not raise the issue. I would strongly advise anybody considering booking this apartment to get a cast iron guarantee from the owners that they will get a full refund if the smell continues.
