Rooms were still dirty, was not able to sleep in the grannie flat due to multiple of spiders in there. Also the bins were already full to the top when we arrived. Hot water stopped working for 2 days. When we tried calling for assistance no one answered or got back to us. Was really disappointed with the experience. Can you please get back to me to sort some king of refund. Since we were not able to stay in the grannie flat due to spider.

It was close to town and walking distance to everything. Large enough for 10 people and not getting in each other's space. Bathrooms were clean.
Receiving a phone call 2 days before staying in the house saying that we are unable yo have the house anynore as there's a full time renter living in there. Also the bins were already filled to the brim where we had no room to place any of our rubbish. Also while walking thru the front door we got a waft of cigarette smell while the house displays no smoking.
