The food was good and the staff were nice.
Lack of alternative online payment options when my credit card failed. Faulty flow of water 💧 through the 🚿 shower.

Pool setting
Shower no pressure, bed was so hard.
The a/c unit made my husband very ill we had to leave our vacation early. Bathroom lighting was horrible. The toilet area was smelly and unclean. No hand towel.
