The house is great and the location is perfect.

Location and nearby amenities were excellent.
The damp patch on the wall in the twin bedroom.
The damp and smell and lack of ventilation in the downstairs shower room.
The empty bowl in the middle of the dining room floor underneath the skylight which obviously must be leaking (we did not have rain fortunately)
The first impression wasn’t great as the front pathway was covered in leaves and bird mess which could have been cleaned.
The front door could do with a lick of paint
The windows were dirty.

"What a great place this is! In the great Babbacomb neighbourhood near the downs, in a quiet street. Close to the Babbacomb shops, coastpath, bus 22, funnicular and cream tea/ breakfast possibilities. ..."
