Love the property! Perfect amount of space and so cozy.

only downside was the wifi wasn’t working all weekend. other than that, no complaints!

This is a very unique place to stay, and I really liked the fun, colorful decor and beach vibe. It's also located across the street from a grocery store, which was a nice thing to have nearby.

This is a one-off situation, but the wi-fi didn't work when I arrived, and I was there for work, so it was pretty inconvenient to have that happen. There also isn't parking, which wasn't a huge problem for me, but is something that to note before booking.

Location was great - except for the parking situation. Having to park across busy street at a grocery store was not ideal. Th property next door appeared to have plenty of space that could be shared with this property.

Bathroom baseboards were very dirty and the shower stall was abysmal. Ceiling fans had no globes covering their lights. Could not get hot water in the kitchen sink. It was a good thing we brought a space heater with us as the mini splits could not keep up with the cold weather that came in. And the $150 cleaning fee seems ridiculous considering the condition of the property.

We liked the spaciousness, the artistic charm, the location, and all the conveniences of home. I traveled with my son who was on break from college, to enjoy a holiday weekend visiting St Augustine. The futon bed was perfect for him to have his own space, as was having enough space in the living room for him to work on his writing and for me to kick back and read a book. It was a perfect fit for our personalities, liking the bungalow so much better than a hotel. The weather was cool, windy and rainy, but that was not upsetting to us having the comfort of home to enjoy. We hope to return again in the spring so we can enjoy the outdoor area and beaches.

Parking across the street and the difficulty finding the entrance when arriving in the dark. We recommend a sign or house numbers on the gate to the entrance, some lighting on the gate as well.

The apartment was very cute, I loved the patio and yard. The beach access was great and enjoyed the dog friendly beach. Very quiet neighborhood and the beach was not crowded. Lots of shells!

Parking was not convenient, especially arriving during a storm. The bathroom was very small.

The villa is decorated adorably! A close walk to the beach. I loved having Publix across the street. It was a great value!

Parking is a block away. Walking with luggage in the heat was tough. Lots of detailed check in/out instructions and rules posted on the walls around the vila. (Made us nervous that we would mess up along the way)
