No drinking water in rooms - you have to go down to third floor to get some Slow service Coffee machine in restaurant not working

Modern, clean, great verity and quality breakfast, lovely views from restaurant and our room. Great service from staff.

They forgot to put the surprise in our room for my daughter’s birthday! But made up for it doing it on the last day.

We attended the rugby and the proximity, free parking and overall experience was exceptional.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but the breakfast could have been hotter, I appreciate this is not always possible with a Buffett style breakfast and certainly wouldn’t put me off staying again!

Excellent location for Sandy Park, particularly if attending the rugby. The room itself was comfortable and generally clean, and staff did respond when we raised issues.

For £250 a night, the overall experience was disappointing. Our early check-in request had apparently not been noted despite previous confirmation, there was no drinking water provided and no milk with the tea facilities, and there was black mould in the shower grouting. Breakfast was particularly poor: the supposedly hot food was barely warm, the coffee was watery, and the toaster is badly positioned in the main walkway. We also had numerous delays and mistakes with our evening meal; to their credit, the hotel ultimately removed the charge, although we would much rather have paid for and enjoyed a good meal.
