Excellent location right in the center, on the waterfront of the old port.
Magnificent view of the old port with boats, the sea, and the waterfront houses. The view is great both from the balcony and from inside the room.
The apartment urgently needs at least a cosmetic renovation.
The furniture is very old, worn-out, and shabby – and it’s definitely not antique.
The staircase to the apartment is very steep and high. This is not a problem for young people, but it could be challenging if you have small children, are older, or have luggage.
It felt a bit overpriced (clearly, the whole price is for the view).
