The condo was spacious and very clean. It also had a great balcony with an amazing view of the beach!

The front staff could be a little more courteous to people with disabilities.

Loved how close to beach resort was and walking on deck halfway vs walking on complete sand like other resorts was a plus. Loved how convenient everything was from tiki bar and Cafe availability even delivered right to you on the beach.

I wish the unit with bunkbeds had more space for luggage storage. I traveled with teenagers and it was a bit difficult walking around all their bags to get down the hall. I also thought washer and dryer were in the unit and not shared. That was something I think was not correct on description when booking. I always prefer in unit so we dont have to worry about paying for each wash. But at least this resort had one on each floor unlike other resorts you have to keep going down stairs to check on loads.

The neighbors was load and nobody done anything about them slamming doors. plus they had 10 people in the room next to us. We was in 1208 and they was in 1207

Our room was old, run down & in desperate need of an update. Our air conditioning went out & they Counsler get a repairman out to fix it When I was booking it clearly said 2 rooms but it was only 1 with a bunk area. I took screenshots of my reservation that it was supposed to be 2.

The place was beautiful! The view was breathtaking and that was my favorite part! It was so clean and comfortable! I will for sure come back and stay on the same condo!
