It was clean and accessible to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. Breakfast was good

The staff were great & welcoming. The lobby, breakfast area was exceptionally clean & breakfast was great.
The room had some sticky, dried soda on alarm clock & bedside table.

Bathrooms are always nasty. It’s the small things like nasty shower curtains n floors not being cleaned

Room was large and comfortable and the staff was friendly.
There was a noise while I was staying that made it difficult to sleep. It sounded like wind, but wasn’t coming from around the window.

Very nice lady at the reception
Nice clean an neat place
First experience was very poor due to a staff member (the foreign man) at the reception who appeared to be rude and had my reservation cancelled.

The bed was very comfortable
My original room was blowing warm air. The receptionist changed my room immediately. She was very nice and helpful. The shower had this greasy film feeling on floor. I clean before i use anyway but i felt that prior to cleaning it myself.

Checking in was smooth , friendly staff. The lady who checked me in made it a quick and easy process. I was granted a room after searching in the area late and last minute so I appreciated that was extremely tired and it relieved me.
There was literally an infestation of roaches in my room, by the door is when I first noticed and the bathroom had about 5 ! I thought of complaining but it was so late in the morning I didn’t even bother. I decided to just leave early in the morning around 4 so I do feel it was a waste of my money but I was so tired and disgusted I decided to just leave.

it’s always clean and smells good great rooms for a good price.
The water pressure in the showers could stand to be stronger. Also I didn’t like how it was hot in the elevator.

Comfort Inn and Suites is a beautiful, clean hotel with large, comfortable rooms. It is in an excellent location near restaurants and shopping, but off the main road and safe enough for a family to stay in without having to worry.
Despite being close to the highway, you can't hear the traffic, but you can see part of the highway from the hotel.
