Recensioni

It is a beautiful house, the vacasa staff was very friendly & accommodating. It was our first time visiting Ocean Ci

The lay out, the garage, extra parking in front, the balconies, master bedroom, pool, great location, & close access to beach.

The hole in the living room floor (broken ac register), the worn & dirty carpeting on the stairs, the broken outlets in the master bath, the burnt out or missing lightbulbs, the sheets in the 3 smaller bedrooms (threadbare), the pillows (flat), only 2 rolls of bath tissue for 3.5 bathrooms, & the baby ants in the kitchen.

Bad

None.

Collecting the keys to the property was an issue, home was not clearly labeled and the lock box was jammed. Could not access key, needed to walk to the Vacasa main building, thankfully we saw it driving in. Checked in on Monday and did not have hot water until late afternoon on Wednesday. When site was informed of this, I was told "it is not an included amenity." Asked to speak with manger and then received no response. Again, thankfully we saw the main building two blocks away and needed to file a compliant in person. We had 4 small children and an infant during our stay. Horrible experience!
