This unit isn't a showplace, but it is clean and well-appointed. Everything worked properly during our stay, we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, and the view was wonderful. The walkway to the beach was great, and the pool was beautiful. The property is very well kept. Yes, I did see other reviews about the ceiling and there are some issues with the ceiling. They did not affect our stay in any way and it just seems to be a result of the humidity and the type of ceiling finish. This condo was a great value for our famiy, because what we most wanted was access to a pool and the beach, and a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. There are so many stores, shops, and restaurants around. The access was great and we feel like the place was family friendly. Excellent experience!

The only issue we encountered was that the elevator on our side of the community didn't work occasionally, but there was another that was also convenient.

The location

The front door really needs a more secure lock. The sliding patio doors were horrible to operate. The unit is very dated and the cabinets had a musty smell.

The location on the beach was very good, and the swimming pool is large. There is a view of the beach from the balcony.

This condo needs repairs and is badly outdated. All kitchen items are very cheap. The range vent should be replaced, the bathtub did not drain, and the sliding door to the balcony could not close. We did not find local TV channels, and the front door was only minimally secure when in the unit. The final issue was that water was turned off to the building without notice on the day we left.

great location ! The beach and pool were great. The view was unbelievable.

The condo need to be updated.
