The location is nice with many good restaurants and bakeries nearby. Plaza Alameda is also within 10 minutes drive where you can get everything you need. The sofa is very comfy and the kitchen is well stocked.

Unfortunately, I would never recommend this apartment due to no hot water, bed bugs, mold, and leaking from the ceiling along with very dishonest and rude hosts. 3 of our 4 weeks was without hot water, we couldn't use one of the 2 rooms because the smell of mold was so strong in there and it was all over the walls and ceilings. The other room had a leak in the ceiling right above the bed so we needed to move it to the other side. We were bitten all over by bed bugs and still have marks from them over a month later. We personally washed everything in the apartment and bought treatment to get rid of them. When we notified the hosts, they told us they doubt we had bed bugs... The owner of the unit Peter promised us a partial reimbursement when our stay was over but he ignored all our phone calls and messages after we checked out. There are significantly better apartments in Mexico. We were told by the host that the standards in Mexico are different which we understand, we have traveled here a lot but this is unacceptable. I strongly recommend going with an alternative!

it had everything that you need for cooking and a lot of privacy no other issues it had cleaning supplies available and it also had spices for cooking, it was stocked up with towels that were clean and blankets the host was very attentive to any concerns; definitely will come again; it was very safe as there’s inside parking and a lock box to let yourself in : tv was great and big refergator

Very clean and secure. Plenty of bedding and kitchen accessories.

Confusion regarding keys. Squeaky bed frame in master bedroom. No address on building made it difficult to find after dark.

THE Location!I! It was so noisy I checked out early rented a hotel just to get some sleep 😢 between the school bells, fighting dogs, children in the school yard, car mechanics, street vendors, concrete layers etc etc starting at approx 5am ending about 3am (the dogs was all night) I felt like a zombie. Closing the windows didn't help... Nothing against the hosts just wish I would have known about the noise.

The place is not in the best neighborhood, yet it is really close to the border , the only plus. the place is super humid and during the day it starts to sweat , the place literally was flooded at night, because of so much humidity.
