The sunroom
Previous occupant had clearly been smoking but that's not the owner's fault.

Close to Eagle River, yet secluded and quiet. Spacious and clean
Need a streaming account for any television viewing

It was spacious and very clean. The location was convenient. It was very private.
The air conditioner didn't work, but the weather was not too hot. Some days got a little stuffy.
