Instructions werer precise. Easy to locate and take the necessary actions.
Slightly concerning that we have to wait for other tenants to enter or leave the building before we can go into the building and follow the instructions.

The rooms are Nice and clean. Great location and building facilities. It’s part of the free tram zone which makes easy to get around. Love the riverside view and vibes there. The Owner of the apartment are very helpful and always respond promptly when needed. Will stay there again if visiting Melb in the future

Location (close to the city & public transport), pool, space, kitchen. Helpful staff on the phone when we had trouble with check in.
The fold out bed was not assembled and the sheets were dirty. The check in process was unclear and the instructions were not sent to us.
