Good/comfortable apartment near to central road of Gudauri, 10 min drive from New Gudauri. The apartment was clean and all kitchen applancies in place. There is market at ground floor of building.
The heating and warm water temperature were a bit insufficient from time to time probably due to extrime cold outside temperature. Beds matress conditions close to its lifetime - deteriorated, you can feel springs. No exhaust fan near kitchen area and there is no washing machine.

The property is nice and warm. Everything is new and clean. It has everything for the comfortable stay: equipped kitchen, good shower etc
The host. Communication was not nice. check-in was late and we couldn’t find the key, cause it was not in the locker.
