The staff went our of their way to greet us and listen to our needs at every turn. The dining staff were outstanding. The location is super close to the park and the amenities were plentiful.
I feel like our bathroom could've been cleaned better (when we arrived there was a toiletry item that was already opened on the sink and I don't think the sink was cleaned during the housekeeping visit.)

The hotel is set in a stunning location, with incredible views. The staff were wonderful and the rooms very comfortable.
The food service was very slow.

yes its with in the safari park filled with amazing atmosphere and fantastic helpful staff i need to go here a least once every other month food is fantastic also wide selection, recommend to everyone, as i live here any visitors i would 100% bring them to stay

The location is amazing and the staff are friendly
The food was ok but every meal was a buffet, staff very reluctant to offer à la carte. The outside bar is poor and the indoor bar overran by children. Toiletries, towels and water are given (apparently) reluctantly.
