Everything about it was excellent! Very convenient for people who are travelling to canberra for work!

Location is the best
The bed in the master bedroom and the bed in the back room were unfortunately not very comfortable.
We also found the heating to be insufficient. The heater didn't seem to be strong enough to keep the house warm, and it was quite cold during our stay.

The apartment was perfect for our family. Nice layout, clean, tidy, modern and such a great location to restaurants, food and a walk up to the shopping centre. We would definitely come back and stay here. Highly recommended.
If there were clearer instruction to find the car space that would have saved us a little driving around in the car park level. Eg: Drive down to level 3 and find the car spot for room 325. Not a big deal to be honest but hope this helps.

The location was great. The bed/bedding clean and comfy. Towels clean.
Hairs on carpet
Broken lampshade
Broken blind
Broken tap
Broken wall decor
Broken bathroom fan
Only 2 teabags with 3 guests and lastly the patio doors didn’t lock. Staff told us to ask for late checkout 24 hr before then said a $50 charge when we only wanted one hour.
