The location was amazing. Stunning view of Swansea bay.
First impression from the outside on the beach side of the building was ' eek .... what have I done!' The entire building looked extremely run down. However, the inside of the appartment and view made up for that.
The bed was extremely hard. Not good. The balcony needs a little TLC The wood is rotting along the top of the railing and the table slats are broken. ( an entire drink fell straight off the table!)

A very nice location with a wonderful ocean view and the sound of the waves! Everything you need is right there. The town, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance.
Communication was easy and smooth! Thank you very much!

Perfect location. Good communication from the owner. Lovely beach view. Had everything there that was needed. Few good touches in the flat - tea coffee etc . Nice to have 2 bathrooms and very spacious. Would definitely stay again .
I felt it looked a bit ‘tired ‘ . Certainly not putting me off staying again . Just thought a bit of a ‘touch up ‘ would be good .

The location and the views were fantastic
It was not as clean as other apartments we have stayed in. There was a damp smell in the master bedroom. The towels were non-absorbant and the dishwasher did not work and was difficult to access.
