Quiet, well set up. Very well supplied with linen, tea towels, dishwashing tablets. Have got in the habit of packing tea towels and dishwashing tablets!

The kitchen was well equipped with cooking implements, there was long life milk for us to use. The house was quite comfortable.
There was absolutely no Wi-Fi ... Which was a real pain for looking up places to see etc. They did suggest we turn the box off then on, which ofcourse we had done & we even reset the box but there was not Wi-Fi for the whole 4 days we were there.

The house was open, bright and beautifully presented, we felt at home straight away! Loads of space to cater for us all. The lounge room and TV were perfect for our kids to watch TV or do just dance. The bathrooms were clean and bright and having 2 bathrooms meant we didn't have to wait for long to use the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for a large group. The bedrooms were beautifully presented and spaced out through the house and the cupboards gave us places to store our belongings. We have already decided to book this house again for next year's trip.

A hidden gem in a quiet residential cul de sac

Very clean and comfortable. Two good size double bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms, plus two bathrooms. Attractive lounge and dining room; well-appointed kitchen, tasteful furnishings, lots of window light. Cosy, attractive garden and outdoor seating area with barbecue. Quiet suburban location not too far from city centre.
Payment taken before end of free-cancellation period. Needed to request refund when had to cancel some dates even several days before end of free-cancellation period. Refund was relatively prompt.

The presentation of the property was perfect! We had everything we needed for a comfortable & enjoyable stay!

close to everything and a quite street
-Window seals where dirty and full of dust with lots of dead insects
-Bath had not been cleaned, found 2 dead flies in it
- outside seating and clothes line was full of cobwebs, it couldn’t be used

The property was nice and close to town. It was lovely and clean with comfy beds. It was great to walk into a nice warm house in July. Would stay there again and thoroughly recommend.

We had a great stay at Residence on Cemar. The house was clean, well stocked with all the basics including towels, linens, kitchen equipment, shampoo/conditioner etc. The house was only a few minutes away from the city centre and the central heating was a life saver during our stay in June. Would recommend anyone visiting Orange with a big group to stay here.
The Wi-Fi was a bit laggy and would recommend updating the amenities cause there was definitely a lot more included on the property than listed.

The location was excellent. Easy walk into town. The house was in a very quiet street.

Close enough to walk to town. It was quiet with good heating/cooling options. We have stayed over the years in five similar accommodations (houses) in Orange and this was the best. The large dining table and two bathrooms is a must for families. The aspect provided us with autumn sun into the living areas and the kitchen was well equipped. Netflix/Stan was a bonus
There were some communication problems at the end but it was resolved- just took a little long

House was great for a family trip away, with all the required amenities and space for all. Only a few minutes away from the main streets of Orange in a quiet cul-de-sac.
