Property had a well equipped kitchen. All fixtures & fittings were excellent quality and in good condition.
Decor was in need of a refresh, numerous leak stains and peeling paint, faint damp & drain smell.. Bedroom door jammed on new carpet and all the original windows were in a sorry state. The front door was laughable and should be replaced as soon as possible.
