No hay gimnasio como indican , el parqueadero esta a 4 cuadras y no ahí como dice booking, muchas sorpresas, lo que booking dice del hotel es falso

Todo estaba muy limpio, organizado y la atención muy buena sobre todo la señora del sauna.
Qué la reserva estaba por un valor dónde me decía que ya incluía todos los costos y al momento de pagar el valor aumento casi 30.000 pesos. Además, el teléfono de la habitacion no funciona pero me atendieron rápido vía WhatsApp y además la base cama de la habitación sonaba un poco, Sin embargo fue una buena experiencia en el hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
The beds gave us itchy, the shower drains were clogged with hair because when you turned the water on, hairs would come out of it. This is probably the worst thing for me. Good thing is that I noticed that my parent's shower wasn't draining properly so I asked for a change of room which happened immediately, however, this shower was clogged as well but not as bad. My uncle's bathroom light wasn't working and it wasn't changed after they serviced the bedroom. The manager tried to "send someone to fix" my parent's bathroom glass door because it was coming out of the frame, but all this is just a lack of maintenance in general so it's difficult to get things done on the spot.
