BudapeStayz - Raday Rooms

I had a very pleasant stay at BudapeStayz – Raday Rooms, and overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. I likeed: Perfect location: The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Budapest and reach restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Excellent breakfast: The breakfast served at the downstairs restaurant was more than delicious. The quality of the food was excellent, and the welcoming attitude and service provided by the restaurant staff made the experience even better. Easy check-in: The coding system for self-check-in is very easy to use and makes the arrival process simple and convenient. Very quiet: Despite the central location, the room was surprisingly quiet both during the day and at night, which made it easy to relax and sleep. Spacious room: The room was quite big and provided enough space for a comfortable stay. Good basic facilities: The room has all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. For someone looking for a well-located, clean, quiet, spacious, and reasonably comfortable place to stay, with an excellent breakfast and very good service, BudapeStayz – Raday Rooms is a very good option. Just remember that you are choosing a practical accommodation rather than a luxurious hotel.

The main thing to keep in mind is that this is not a luxury hotel. The room is practical and comfortable, but you should set your expectations accordingly. It provides the basics needed for a good stay rather than the facilities or finishing you would expect from a high-end hotel.

Breakfast was downstairs in the cafe below. It was marvellous and the serving staff were so friendly and helpful. If we had wanted to cook in the apartment there was a shared kitchen but we were on holiday so didn't! We had a really fun and inviting room (the pink room?) with a good view over the mainly pedestrianised road below. The wifi was good. The location was great.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of public transport with easy connections to the main attractions and to/from the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a 2 minute walk away. One of the highlights was the breakfast served next door in a cosy coffee shop. The bagel and pastries were delicious, along with the coffee and juice :) The communal kitchen was very handy for storing food, with separate boxes in the fridge conveniently labelled for each room. A special shout-out to Tamas, who was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay!

The room was comfortable overall, with a good mattress, and the shower had great water pressure. The main downside was the heat (although we can probably blame the heatwave for that!). There was a fan in the room, but it still felt quite warm and stuffy. The property is in a beautiful older building, so there’s no lift :( be prepared for the stairs!

the toilet is inside the room. it’s not visible on the photos but it’s literally inside the room and it’s just separated by some glass door. super uncomfortable. the furniture in the room is super unpractical. if you need a side table to put a cup of tea on when you’re in a bed, there is no any, so put it on the floor :) also there is no any wardrobe.
