The owner of this place was great. Really helpful and very accommodating with our request to check in early, given that we were attending an event with a specific start time.
Sykes Holiday Cottages are uninterested and dismissive. Be interesting to know if they even contacted the owner before their rather rude and obnoxious "No"!
Sending an email at 10:30 in the morning that starts with Good Afternoon wasnt a good start!
