The best place to stay if u like camping !!! small place,
super comfy bed, very very clean. Owners are the sweetest people ever, so friendly !! my friend left his phone in our uber and the owner instantly helped us track it down in his car !!! ❣️❣️❣️had such a nice stay during the stormy rain and thunderstorms! beautiful 🙏🤩

Very unique stay in Ella, not far from the busy centre but still very quiet. We loved the location. The tent was spacious enough for two people and their backpacks :-). We loved sitting at the owners restaurant (Aura cafe) where we chilled most of the time, just watching squirrels and birds and playing cards. There was a chill vibe and the owner and his girlfriend were very sweet and worked hard. They cooked good food as well! We even got free dinner because it was the Sinhalese/Tamil New Year!!
Toilet/shower was very clean, cleaned often!
We didn’t dislike anything but it is good to know that clothes don’t really dry because you are outside all the time and it can be a bit humid. We didn’t mind, we love camping and know this is part of it :-).

The common space looks very nice, there was breathtaking views around, there was a kitchen so that you can prepare some tea etc by your own. There was a possibility to order some food. The owner was very kind. There was warm water in bathroom.
As it is a 'camp' and you sleep in a tent it was a bit cold at night so we needed to wear more clothes to have comfy sleep and actually the whole place is outside so there is no place to warm you up.
