The room is in a big house, where multiple families live and there are some more rooms for rent. Generally it was comfortable, the room is spacious. The place is in a quiet street, but very close to the center of Nis. The kitchen areas is well equipped and you can prepare a meal for yourself there which is very nice.
No toilettries, which is not a problem, because we had our own. There was part of door missing from the shower, which made it hard to take a shower

Big apartment, has everything you need, close to city center but quiet area. Bonus for the parking spot.

A small, modern and comfortable apartment with a good bed and a good bathroom close enough to some of Nis' tourist attractions. Although narrow, it has parking.
The kitchen could have been better equipped, if you want to cook a meal there are quiet a few things that are missing. The apartment we stayed was on the ground floor and there is a table and a couple of chairs right in front of the bedroom's window and people can sit there, talk and smoke, making the room smokey.
